DESCRIPTION
Our Universal Series Utility Knife is designed to be used on a cutting board to cut, slice, chop, and dice smaller ingredients such as mushrooms, herbs, potatoes, zucchini and even meat. With the sheath on, it's also the ideal knife to take to a picnic or camping.
With two knives in this set, you'll have one for home and one for the RV, your kitchen will always be ready to accommodate helpers, or you can pack one with your college student.

USE & CARE
- Dishwasher safe, hand wash recommended
- Wash and dry knife immediately after use for best longevity of blade.
- Although knives can tolerate the dishwasher, washing by hand is recommended for keeping the blades sharp for longer. Caustic detergents and prolonged exposure to high temperatures can damage the blades.
- Always use an appropriate cutting surface (such as a Tupperware® Cutting Board) when using Universal Series Knives.
- Do not cut on porcelain, glass, or metal cutting boards because these will blunt the blade.
- When sweeping food from a cutting board, use the back side of the knife to prevent prematurely blunting the blade.
- Do not cut leather, wood, frozen food, or bones.
- Do not use the knives as a screwdriver, to open bottles, or to pry objects.

TIPS
- Except when using the Tupperware® U-Series Knife Block, remove the sheaths when storing Universal Series Knives in a block.
- Regardless of brand, all knives will become blunt with use over time. To maintain cutting efficiency, knives may be sharpened using our Universal Knife Sharpener or by a professional
