How to use:

You can use the Mini Grater in two ways:

1. Grate directly over your plate.
2. Position the Grater on a cutting board or plate at a 30° angle for optimal stability and ergonomic grip while grating.

Depending on how you grate, you can obtain different results:

1. For longer, finer grating results: Make long movements, starting at the top of the Grater to the end of the blade.
2. For shorter, coarser grating results: Move the food in short movements up and down the Grater, using half of the blade.
