Ingredients 1 heaping cup peeled garlic cloves 1 cup extra virgin olive oil ½ tsp. salt 3 sprigs of rosemary Directions Preheat oven to 300F/ 150C. In Cover of UltraPro 2qt./2L place all ingredients and mix gently. Place in oven and cook for 45-60 mins or until golden brown. Let cool completely. Store in airtight container in fridge until ready to serve. Serve over crackers, toasted bread or in soups and stews.
